A pressure regulation mechanism, i.e. a modulator 11, is arranged such that the hydraulic pressure at the rear left wheel 1d side is interlocked with a hydraulic system 2b, so as to carry out interlocked control of three wheels 1b-1d. Since interlocked control of three wheels 1b-1d is carried out based on vehicle speed sensors 20c, 20d for the rear wheels 1c, 1d, sufficient brake function can be achieved even on a low (mu) pavement. Although, the front wheel 1b is applied with excessive brake force and locked, maneuverability can be maintained immediately after abrupt brake operation through interlock with rear wheel control.
