Abstract
PURPOSE:To lighten in weight and simplify a device by providing a means thermally fusing colored powder onto a body, to which an image is formed, and a means removing the thermal fusing colored powder in a non-picture section after thermal fusion and shaping and fixing the image by one process. CONSTITUTION:A picture forming device has a draft scanner unit 2, a laser- beam control unit 3 and a toner attaching unit 7 consisting of a toner tank 4, a magnetic roller 5 and a charger 6, and the draft scanner unit 2 converts the image information of a draft into an electric signal, and transmits the signal over the laser-beam control unit 3, controls laser beams in the same image information as the draft, and delivers the draft through a delivery roller 17 and a guide 18 from a paper-feed cassette 16. A toner is fused to a blank form 20 on a conveyor belt 8, on the top face of which the toner 19 is attached uniformly, by the scanning of laser beams 21 and an image is shaped, the toner not fused is removed from the upper section of the blank form 20 by a toner removing unit 15, and the blank form is discharged to the outside by a discharge roller 22. Accordingly, a precise photosensitive body drum and a fixing unit are unnecessitated, thus realizing large cost reduction and lightening in weight.
