PURPOSE:To shorten working time for exchanging a bladder, by setting a circular arc-shaped connecting hole connecting with a head of a vulcanizing medium inlet and outlet pipe on a lower ring of a bladder assembly, setting a hydraulic cylinder for elevating and lowering the bladder assembly being movable up and down on the lower part of a base and setting a stopper being movable transversely in the lower part of the base. CONSTITUTION:A Y-shaped lever 33 is vibrated around a rotating shaft 32. A lever 35 and a hydraulic cylinder 23 as well as a housing 15, a piston rod 23a, a rod 16, a plug assembly 5-13 and each vulcanizing medium inlet and outlet pipe 14 are elevated and a piston rod 39a is worked in an extending direction. Each stopper 41 is moved just below each nut 27 and is brought into contact with it. At this time, as lowering of each vulcanizing medium inlet and outlet pipe 14 and the bladder assembly 5-13 is stopped but other parts are continuously lowered, a head 14a of each vulcanizing medium inlet and outlet pipe 14 is parted from a connecting hole 9a set on a lower ring 9. Then, bolts are taken out and the bladder assembly 5-13 is rotated and the head, 14a is positioned on a circular hole 9a and is pulled out upward.
