Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the continuous execution of a dissolution treatment and to improve treating capacity by segmenting the part to be wet with a dissolving liquid in a dissolving tank to plural pieces, disposing fuel-holding baskets in each of the respective parts and transferring fuel by inverting the baskets. CONSTITUTION:The inside of this continuous dissolving tank is divided to plural stages and the baskets 5 are disposed in each of the respective stages. The fuel 1 is charged into the basket 5 in the 1st dissolving stage 1 from a fuel charge port 8 and is subjected to the dissolution treatment. The basket 5 itself is inverted around a turning fulcrum 6 and is sent to the next dissolving stage 2 upon lapse of the specified time. The next fuel 12 is charged from the fuel charge port 8 after said feeding. The dissolution treatment is continuously executed by repeating the above-mentioned operation. The time when the fuel occupies per basket is, therefore, shortened and the treatment capacity is increased as compared to a batch-operated tank.
