却フアン２の送風作用により外気を冷却風として
外気取入口６から吸風ケース５内の吸風路７及び
吸風口４を経てフアンケース３内に吸い込むよう
に構成し、吸風路７に通気防塵輪８を横断状に設
け、通気防塵輪８を冷却フアン２に固定し、冷却
風中に浮遊する塵埃を回転中の通気防塵輪８で除
去するように構成したエンジンの冷却風防塵装置
において、 通気防塵輪８の回転面の下周部の内側に吸風圧
遮断板９をその回転面下周部に対面させて設け、
通気防塵輪８の外面に付着する塵埃を吸引する吸
風圧を上記吸風圧遮断板９により遮断する一方、
上記吸風ケース５の下周部に塵埃排出口１０を開
口させ、通気防塵輪８の外面に付着した塵埃に作
用する遠心力及び重力によりその塵埃を通気防塵
輪８の回転面の下周部から落下させ、塵埃排出口
１０から吸風ケース５の外部に排出するように構
成したことを特徴とする、エンジンの冷却風防塵
