CONSTITUTION:Shift fork shafts 91-93 and plural guide shafts G1, G2 placed in parallel to the axis 26 of a cylindrical cam C are inserted into the sliding parts 25 of shift levers L1-L3. The actuator side end parts a1-a3 of the shift levers L1-L3 are aligned on a straight line in parallel to the axis of the cylindrical cam C. And, a single cylindrical cam C can perform the function of plural actuators for operating plural shift levers L1-L3. Thereby, only one motor suffices, making the captioned mechanism small and light while lowering its cost.
