PURPOSE:To produce an oscillation damping effect sufficiently effectively based on a liquid column resonance action by providing a restraining member consisting of a pair of restraining parts and a pair of linking parts for linking the mutually opposite end parts of the restraining parts, on a rubber elastic body. CONSTITUTION:A rubber elastic body 14 is installed between an inner cylinder fitting 10 and an outer cylinder fitting 12 elastically connecting the two. A cylindrical throttle passage forming members 40 is provided in a pair of groove parts 36. Incompressible fluids in a pressure receiving chamber 32 and a balancing chamber 34 are mutually made flow through a throttle passage 42. And, based on the liquid column resonance action of the incompressible fluid flowing through the throttle passage 42, an input oscillation of a frequency zone which is set for the throttle passage 42 is effectively damped down.
