検出器の検出温度により前記電源装置へ制御信号
を送り該電源装置から前記電子クーラーの吸発熱
素子に供給される電流の極性及び電流量を制御す
る温度制御装置を設けたことを特徴とする低温恒
温槽付振盪培養機。 (2) 前記庫内の前記電子クーラー近傍には該電
