Organic solution or water solution of these is mixed in a prede termined ratio, the mixed liquid is atomized to the surface of base line which is continuously running, and then the organic solution or water solution is dried, so organic solvent or water is removed, and that dried matter attached on the base line is sintered. For drying and sintering, an electric resistance heating furnace, high frequency heating furnace, laser heating furnace, of plasma heating furnace is used.
