種の金型で成形した管継手などの硬質合成樹脂製
品は製品ゲートが付いたまま金型から取り出され
るので、成形後にこの製品ゲートをはさみや鋸で
切断除去しなくてはならず、生産性が良くない
上、切断ミスによる不良品がでると云う問題があ

い細溝を多重に形成すると共に該ゲート近傍にヒ
ータを収める構成とすることにより、管継手など
の曲面を有する製品を製品ゲートと自動的に分離
して取り出すことができる上、製品ゲート切断部
分に2次加工を施さなくても済む射出成形金型を
