Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a container having a partition usable as a lunch box or a chip box from a general foamed resin sheet, by preforming the partition by a mold and folding an outside panel and thermally welding the same to the adjacent side panel to form a container. CONSTITUTION:Ridges 2 for partitions are formed to a foamed resin sheet 1 at the part corresponding to the bottom panel of a container to be formed by the use of a mold and, next, a developed panel wherein the corresponding parts of the outside panels 3 around the bottom panel are arranged is formed by cutting. Thereafter, the outside panels 3 are erected and the end edges thereof are welded thermally each other to form the container 5. When cuts 6 are formed to the ridges 2 for the partitions, the ridge parts on the side of the outside panel are pushed in the other ridge parts when the outside panels 3 are erected, and the side panels and the partitions become a continuous state. Therefore, a container having the box shape same to that of one due to a conventional developing plate in appearance and having the partitions due to molding therein is formed.
