Abstract

PURPOSE:To fix a partition plate without using an adhesive and to enhance manufacturing efficiency, by forming mount grooves to the inner surfaces of the side panel and bottom panel of a welded box to insert the edge parts of the partition plate in said grooves. CONSTITUTION:A series of mount grooves 5 opened to the upper end surfaces of the side panels 3 of a welded box 1 made of a synthetic resin foamed plate are respectively formed to the inner surfaces of the side panels 3 and bottom panel 4 corresponding to the mount positions of the partition plate 2 of the welded box 1. The edge parts of the partition plate 2 are inserted in the mount grooves 5 to allow the partition plate 1 to fall in the welded box 1. In preparing the welded box 1, for example, a developed box 1' made of the synthetic resin foamed plate having the notch parts 6 between side panels 3 and a series of the mount grooves 5 passing side panel corresponding parts 3' to reach the outer sides of the other side panel corresponding parts 3' formed thereto is prepared and, next, the side panel corresponding parts 3' are erected from the bottom panel corresponding part 4' so as to turn the forming surfaces of the mount grooves 5 to the inside to mutually weld the side edges of the side panel corresponding parts 3' adjacent to each other.
