Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable the exact measurement of the adhesion between a material to be coated and coated film by coating the surface of the coated film with a binder coat to extremely increase the adhesion to an adhesive agent to be coated thereon.
CONSTITUTION: The binder coat 3 prepd. by compounding a solvent mixture contg. ≥2 kinds of solvents selected from at least two groups among org. solvents belonging to 6 groups of halogenated hydrocarbon, atom. hydrocarbon, alcohol, ether, ester and ketone and the organosilane compd. having ≥2 kinds of reaction groups which are bonded to a silicon atom and are different from each other in one molecule and expressed by the general formula RSiX3 (where R is a vinyl group, allyl group, epoxy group, acryl group, amino group or glycidyl group and X is an alkyl group, alkoxyl group, acetooxyl group, hydroxyl group or halogen group) is coated on the surface of the coated film 2 consisting of an epoxy resin, etc., and is dried. The surface of the binder coat and an adhesion test terminal 5 are then stuck to each other. The adhesion of the material to be coated and the coated film is measurable by a tension tester, etc., after the adhering and curing thereof.
