Claims (1)
- 複数の流路を接続するための流路穴と流路穴間
を接続する切換溝が面接して流路の切換えを行な
う切換バルブにおいて、接続する流路穴と流路穴
間を結ぶ距離よりも長い切換溝を有することによ
り接続する流路穴間を速く接続し流路を遮断する
時間を最少にすることにより圧力の上昇を抑止す
ることができる切換バルブを有して試料の吸引、
吐出の流路切換えを行ない切換え時の流路の遮断
による圧力の上昇を抑止したことを特徴とした試
料導入装置。
