【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はコンクリート構造体、岩盤等の被破砕
物に穿孔された装填孔に、吸水後の水和膨張性破
砕カートリツジを装填する装填機に関するもので

従来、コンクリート構造体、岩盤等の被破砕物
に穿孔された装填孔に吸水後の水和膨張性破砕カ
ートリツジ(以下単にカートリツジという)を装
填する場合は、小規模破砕の場合には人力によつ
て1本づつ手装填し、その都度込棒で4〜5回づ
つ突き込み密装填(破砕効率を高めるために密装
填する)していた。また、大規模破砕の場合には
加圧空気を使用して、カートリツジの装填、およ
び密装填を同時に行なう装填機により装填してい

必要としかつ装填作業者に対する装填時の反動が
大きいという問題があつた。またカートリツジは
吸水後のものを装填機で装填する関係上、容器が
やぶれやすいのでできるだけ圧送する距離が短か
く設計されている。そのため装填作業者は孔口附
近で操作することになりカートリツジを装填孔に
装填した場合、孔口から噴出する排気(くり粉、
破砕剤を含んだ水その他異物を含む)をあび安全

装填管の外周に装填孔に向けて開口している飛散
防止スカートを備えてなることを特徴とするもの

い。スリツトの数が5個以上になるとスリツトが
無い場合に近づき、スリツトを設ける効果がうす
くなる。また装填管の外周に備える飛散防止スカ
ートは、装填孔に向けて開口していることが必要
で、材質は金属、ゴム、プラスチツク等が好まし
く、強度および大きさは装填孔より噴出する排気
を充分に排除できる強度および大きさを保つこと

られ、カートリツジ供給部2の蓋3をした後加圧
開閉バルブ4を開けることにより装填管1内を通
じ装填孔9に装填される。カートリツジが装填孔
9に装填されると同時に加圧空気は排気用のスリ
ツト7を通り装填孔9の孔口から噴出し飛散防止
スカート8で排除される。10は被破砕物であ

る排気から作業者を守ることができ安全衛生上の
