Conventionally, when loading a hydration-swellable crushing cartridge (hereinafter simply referred to as a cartridge) after absorbing water into a loading hole drilled in a material to be crushed such as a concrete structure or rock, in the case of small-scale crushing, it was done manually. Each time, they were loaded one by one by hand, each time using a ramming rod to push the rod 4 to 5 times for close loading (close loading to improve crushing efficiency). In addition, in the case of large-scale crushing, pressurized air was used to load the cartridges with a loading machine that simultaneously loaded the cartridges and tightly loaded them.

When loading with this loading machine, the inner surface of the normal loading hole has unevenness, so loading cannot be done smoothly from near the hole opening, so the loading tube is moved a distance of a little more than one cartridge from the bottom of the loading hole. The cartridge was inserted into the hole until it reached the hole, and pressurized air of 4 to 6 kg/cm 2 was sent to project one cartridge into the hole, and then several cartridges were loaded in the same manner one after another. However, in this case, it is necessary for close loading to have a balance between the amount of pressurized air supplied and the amount of air exhausted from the hole, but achieving this balance requires a high degree of skill and requires a lot of effort from the loading operator. There was a problem with the large recoil when loading. In addition, since cartridges are loaded with water after they have been absorbed by a loading machine, the containers tend to break, so they are designed so that the distance for pressure feeding is as short as possible. Therefore, the loading operator must operate near the hole, and when loading the cartridge into the loading hole, the exhaust gas (chips, chips,
(Contains water containing a crushing agent and other foreign substances), which caused health and safety problems.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, does not require a particularly high level of skill in the loading operation of the loading machine, and allows loading with less recoil for the loading operator, and also eliminates the exhaust gas ejected from the hole. The object is to provide a loading machine that allows a loading operator to work with peace of mind without worrying.

That is, the present invention provides a loading machine that loads a hydration-swellable crushing cartridge supplied from the base of a loading tube into a loading hole drilled in a material to be crushed through the inside of the loading tube using pressurized air. It is characterized by having at least two slits at the tip of the tube, and a scattering prevention skirt that opens toward the loading hole on the outer periphery of the loading tube.

The size of the slit provided at the tip of the loading tube is determined by the diameter of the loading tube, but for example, if the diameter is between 55 mm and 60 mm, the slit should be approximately 10 mm wide and approximately 10 mm long.
100mm is appropriate. It is necessary to provide at least two slits, usually two to four slits is appropriate, and it is desirable that the slits be spaced at equal intervals. If only one slit is provided at the tip of the loading tube, the directionality of the exhaust gas discharged from the loading tube will not be stable, and the directionality of cartridge projection will not be stable. When the number of slits is five or more, it approaches the case where there are no slits, and the effect of providing the slits becomes weak. In addition, the anti-scattering skirt provided on the outer periphery of the loading tube must open toward the loading hole, and is preferably made of metal, rubber, plastic, etc., and has sufficient strength and size to prevent the exhaust gas ejected from the loading hole. It is desirable that the strength and size be such that it can be removed.

FIG. 1 is a fragmented sectional view showing an embodiment of the cartridge loading machine according to the present invention, and FIG.
- It is a sectional view along the A line. In the drawing, pressurized air passes through a pressurizing hose 6, has its pressure adjusted by a pressure regulating valve 5, and is sent into the loading tube 1 by opening and closing a pressurizing on-off valve 4. On the other hand, the cartridge is loaded into the cartridge supply section 2 by opening the lid 3 of the cartridge supply section 2, and then being loaded into the loading hole 9 through the loading tube 1 by closing the lid 3 of the cartridge supply section 2 and opening the pressurized on-off valve 4. Ru. At the same time as the cartridge is loaded into the loading hole 9, pressurized air passes through the exhaust slit 7, blows out from the opening of the loading hole 9, and is removed by the anti-scattering skirt 8. 10 is a material to be crushed.

As described above, the cartridge loader according to the present invention has a slit at the tip of the loading tube, which allows the pressurized air to escape to the side, thereby discharging excess air in a balanced manner, preventing the cartridge from bouncing back due to air compression, allowing for tight loading and minimizing the reaction force felt by the loading operator when loading the cartridge, thereby improving loading efficiency. Also, by providing a splash prevention skirt around the outer periphery of the loading tube, the operator can be protected from the exhaust gas coming out of the hole when loading the cartridge, thereby solving the problem of safety and health.
