Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable air pressure to be adjusted even at the time of driving by operating a compressor and an exhaust valve confirming the pressure by means of connecting the compressor to tyres for vehicles through rotary joints and a line and providing a pressure gauge and the exhaust valve in the line. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 1 which is mounted on a vehicle is connected to rotary joints 3 provided around the axle shafts of respective tyres 5 through a pipe line 2. In addition, a pressure gauge 6 and an electromagnetic valve for exhaust 7 are provided in the middle of the pipe line 2. An electric signal in compliance with the air pressure of the tyres 5 is generated in the pressure gauge 6 so as to input the electric signal to a control portion 8 and as well display it in the display portion 9a of an operating portion 9 provided in a panel 16 in the front of a driver's seat. On the other hand, plural switches 9b, 9c are provided in the operating portion 9, and the compressor 1 and the electromagnetic valve for exhaust 7 are respectively controlled through the control portion 8 by means of operating respective switches 9b, 9c. With this arrangement, the air pressure of the tyres 5 can be adjusted properly even at the time of driving.
