Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a stripping layer having strong relief patterned surface after transfer-printing by using UV or electron-ray-curable resin for the stripping layer. CONSTITUTION: The transfer-printing material consists of the piled layers of stripping 2, pattern 3, and adhesive 4 on the substrate 1 having relief surface respectively. After transfer, the stripping layer 2 is separated from the substrate 1 and forms the surface of receiving material having a reversed relief pattern corresponding to the pattern of the surface of substrate 1. The stripping layer 2 is composed of a prepolymer having a reactive double bond or a prepolymer or oligomer having a reactive epoxy group mixed with a reactive diluent and if necessary, additional starter for photopolymerization. When the prepolymer or oligomer composite is exposed by UV light or electron beam, it is crosslinked three-dimensionally to become the polymer having a net structure to improve the performance of the surface of material 6 including abrasion and chemical resistance.
