CONSTITUTION:An idler 10 is in contact with the surface of the card C, and rotates synchronously with the reciprocating motion of the card C. The rotation of the idler 10 is detected by an encoder 11, and the output of it is supplied to a frequency/voltage converter 12, and speed data is transmitted as a voltage signal to an amplifier 13. An error position against a reference speed is amplified by the amplifier 13, and is transmitted to a loop filter 14, and is supplied to a driver 20 to supply a drive current to the motor, through a polarity conversion circuit 15. On the other hand, when card edge detectors 16, 17 detect a right edge or a left edge after the card C is fed, they send information to an MPU 19. The MPU 19 performs the control of the feed direction of the motor 1, the gain of a servo circuit or the outputting of speed instruction, etc. according to a program based on an internal memory and this information.
