Claims (1)
- 金属成分で４〜１０重量％の錫酸化物が内部酸
化法によつて銀マトリツクス中に分散析出しかつ
純銀の薄層で裏打ちされた銀ー錫酸化物系合金の
コンタクト部分と、このコンタクト部分の純銀の
薄層に圧着された銅、ニツケル、アルミニウム或
はそれらの合金のベース部分とからなる横断面が
円形の複合電気接点であつて、何らの接着用金属
の介在なしに直接に圧着された上記コンタクト部
分とベース部分の衝当面はその全面にわたつて実
質的に水平であり、かつ該衝当面とその近傍に上
記コンタクト部分の金属とベース部分の金属との
共融混合物を有しないで上記した純銀の薄層によ
つてのみ該コンタクト部分とベース部分が複合さ
れてなることを特徴とする銀―錫酸化物系の複合
電気接点。
