Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 円のほぼ中心に回転軸を有する円柱状の透明な
光学部材と、該光学部材の回転軸と平行で円の直
径に沿つた断面に形成されたミラーとからなる光
走査装置を回転し、前記ミラーの両面で光ビーム
を反射して走査する光偏向装置において、 上部に前記光走査装置を固定し、下部中央に凹
部を形成したベースと、 上部中央に前記ベースの凹部と対向する凹部を
形成してなるホルダと、 前記ベースとホルダの凹部間に収容される球形
のベアリングと、 前記ホルダと、前記ベアリングを介して前記ホ
ルダ上に載置された前記ベースを連結する調整ネ
ジとを具備し、 前記調整ネジを、前記光走査装置のミラーの長
手方向の軸上に２つ、及び前記ミラーの長手方向
の軸と角θ（θ＝５〜４５°）をなす軸上に２つ
設けたことを特徴とする光偏向装置。
