Claims (1)
- 所定の回転数で回転するモータと、該モータに
よつて回転され、レーザ光を所定の方向へ偏向さ
せる多面鏡とを備えた回転多面鏡装置において、
前記多面鏡は、非金属により形成され、その周面
にレーザ光の反射面が形成された円盤状の多面鏡
本体と、該多面鏡本体の上、下面に密着し、前記
多面鏡本体を保持する一対のプレートとを具えた
ことを特徴とする回転多面鏡装置。
