Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively utilize a cake, obtained from a waste water treatment process by adding the cake to the weathered rock and released soil of the raw rock of a stone crushing plant. CONSTITUTION:The cake formed from the filter press of a waste water treatment plant is added to the weathered rock and released soil of raw rock generated in a stone crushing plant in a predetermined ratio. Further, quick lime 6 is added to a belt feeder 4 on the way thereof as a soil quality stabilizer and all components are further passed through a mixing apparatus 7 to be crushed and mixed. The resulting mixture is screened by a screening apparatus 8 to obtain a product as the embedding material of road bed soil. By this method, running cost can be reduced to a large extent.
