Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve safety for refuge by operating a fire area, an oxygen deficiency area and a smoke generating area with a signal from respective sensors, operating a shortest route to be able to safely refuge outdoors and instructing them to workers. CONSTITUTION:The internal part of a building is divided into respective rooms A-J and the areas of respective parts to equally divide a corridor. In the respective areas, a fire sensor, an oxygen deficiency sensor and a smoke sensor are provided and connected to the CPU of a central supervising device. Then, in the internal part of the building, the fire area, the oxygen deficiency area due to the fire and the smoke generating area are set based on information from the respective sensors. The central supervisory device, for the respective workers, momentally operates whether there is the refuge route to pass through only the safe area from a present position and to be able to refuge to the safe section of the stairs rooms of respective floors or outdoors or not.
