Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 鋳物砂を冷却するための装置において、鋳
    物砂を搬送するためのコンベヤと、該コンベヤに
    組合わされ該砂のＢｔｕ値を検出するための感知
    器と、各々排出口を有する１対の容器と、前記コ
    ンベヤからの砂の流れを前記１対の容器のどちら
    かへ導くように選択的に作動する流れ切換手段と
    、前記各排出口を制御する弁装置と、真空源と、
    該真空源を前記容器のどちらか一方に接続するよ
    うに選択的に作動する接続手段と、前記容器内へ
    入る砂に水を加えるための可変供給手段と、前記
    砂のＢｔｕ値に応じて砂に加える水の量を変更さ
    せる働きをする第１制御機構と、前記流れ切換手
    段、前記弁装置及び前記接続手段を制御するため
    の第２制御機構とから成り、該第２制御機構は、
    砂の流れを一方の容器へ導き、次いで該一方の容
    器を前記真空源に接続するとともに他方の容器へ
    砂の流れを導き、次いで前記弁装置を作動させて
    該一方の容器から砂を排出させ、次いで他方の容
    器を前記真空源に接続し、砂の流れを一方の容器
    へ導くように、該流れ切換手段、弁装置及び接続
    手段を順次に制御するように構成したことを特徴
    とする砂冷却装置。 (2) 前記１対の容器を振動しうるように設置す
    るための装置と、容器を振動させるために各容器
    に連結された振動装置を備えている実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の砂冷却装置。 (3) 前記各容器及び第２制御機構に荷重感知器
    が接続されており、前記第２制御機構は、一方の
    容器内の砂の荷重が所定量に達したとき前記荷重
    感知器に応答して作動して砂の流れを該一方の容
    器から他方の容器へ切換える働きをするようにな
    されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    砂冷却装置。 (4) 前記第２制御機構は、前記一方の容器内の
    砂の半分が該一方の容器の排出口を通して排出さ
    れたとき該一方の容器の弁装置を閉鎖し、砂の流
    れを該一方の容器内へ導くようになされている実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の砂冷却装置。 (5) 前記第２制御機構は、前記一方の容器内の
    砂の全量より少い量の砂が該一方の容器の排出口
    を通して排出されたとき該一方の容器の弁装置を
    閉鎖し、砂の流れを該一方の容器内へ導くように
    なされている実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載
    の砂冷却装置。 (6) ベースと、前記１対の容器を該ベース上に
    支持する複数個のばねと、該容器にらせん状の垂
    直振動運動を付与するために各容器に取付けられ
    たものであつて、各容器の両側に１つづつ垂直に
    対して互いに反対方向に傾斜した軸を有する１対
    の電気モータと該各モータの軸に付設された１対
    の偏心錘りを含む振動装置とを備えている実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の砂冷却装置。 (7) 前記各容器の内面に固定され、容器のらせ
    ん状振動運動とほぼ同じ方向に傾斜したらせん状
    の羽根板と、前記各容器及び第２制御機構に接続
    された荷重感知器を備え、前記第２制御機構は、
    一方の容器内の砂の荷重が所定量に達したとき前
    記荷重感知器に応答して作動し、砂の流れを該一
    方の容器から他方の容器へ切換える働きをするよ
    うになされている実用新案登録請求の範囲第６項
    記載の砂冷却装置。
