Claims (1)
処理テープを押し当てて、該処理テープを走行さ
せることにより前記デイスク基板の表面に所定の
処理を施すようにしたものにおいて、前記加圧ロ
ーラを、弾性を有するゴムローラと、該ゴムロー
ラの外周面に被着させ、その真円度及び軸線に対
する直線性を持たせるための金属薄板とから構成
としたことを特徴とするデイスク基板の表面処理
装置。 (2) 前記加圧ローラを平行板ばねによつて支持
させる構成としたことを特徴とする実用新案登録
