に対して緊急メツセージを送出する方式に関す
る。

す。オペレータ回線切断を指示すると、各通信制
御装置CCP1〜nに対して、端末からの通信要
求を拒否させるとともに、緊急メツセージ(例え
ば「只今センタに障害が発生しましたのでしばら
くお待ち下さい。」など)を全端末に対して送出
させる。尚、SuPはデイスプレイDSP、キーボー
ドKB等を備え、システムの立ち上げや構成制御
等を行なえる他、各種の診断機能や障害検出機能
を有する。

ば「あとx分で回復する見込みですのでしばらく
お待ち下さい。」というメツセージではxの部分
に何通りかの数値が入り得る。又複数のオンライ
ンサービスのうち特定のものだけは利用可能であ
る、などのメツセージも考えられる。それらの各
種メツセージには予め番号を付しておき、オペレ
ータは番号のみを指定するようにしてもよいし、
メツセージ文をも表示するようにしてもよい。

示させ、且つ、その画面上で表示中の複数メツセ
ージの1つが選択されたら上記通知手段により該
選択された結果を上記各通信制御装置に通知し、 各通信制御装置は該通知に基づいて対応する緊
急メツセージを選択して自己に接続されている各
端末装置に送出するようにしたことを特徴とする
緊急メツセージ送出方式。
