Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the variance in the quality of the titled hologram by developing an exposed photosensitive material while rotating said material at controlled temp. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive material 1 for titled hologram is formed by applying a solution composed mainly of a vinylcarbazole type polymer on a glass plate by means of a spinner. Next, a prescribed interference pattern is exposed on the photosensitive material 1, followed by dipping the exposed photosensitive material in a solvent (such as xylene) to remove an iodine compd. Subsequently, the obtd. photosensitive material 1 is mounted on a spinner head 3 provided with a temp. regulating means 2, followed by controlling the temp. of said material to a prescribed temp. and then, a developer is dropped on said material from a nozzle 4. In the developing step of the titled method, the photosensitive material is treated with a swelling solution 5 (such as xylene), followed by treating it with a contracting solution 6 (such as n-hexane), and then, drying said material. And, the photosensitive material is developed, controlling the processing time, the developing temp. the revolution speed of the spinner and the dropped amount of the developer in each steps of said method.
