CONSTITUTION:When a regulation dial 19 is forced to press against the elastic force of a spring 20 and compressed spring 13, the plate 14 is pushed, lever 8 whirled, and yarn guide holes 5, 9 at respective fixed guide 6 and movable guide 10 are aligned with the yarn guide pipe 16 and threading hole 4. A raw yarn 3 is threaded in this state and the dial 19 is returned, then the lever 8 is whirled and the raw yarn 3 is alternately passed through the yarn guide holes 5, 9, travelling in a zigzag manner. If the dial 19 is turned again, the pipe 16, sleeve 15 and cylindrical cam 17 are whirled to change the compression level of the spring 13, thus enabling the momentum to be regulated so as to whirl the lever 8.
