Abstract

PURPOSE:To form with high density and high strength by respectively feeding a granule material and intermediate formed body to plural feeding ports partitioned in the width direction of a roll compressed forming machine. CONSTITUTION:A granular material 10 is fed from 17b of a feeding port 17, subjected to compressed forming by biting it to a pair of both end rolls 19b and discharged from both end outlet port 28b by forming an intermediate formed body 13. The intermediate formed body 13 is again fed from the feeding port 17, subjected to compressed forming by biting it to a pair of center rolls 19a and a 2nd forming body 16 is formed and discharged from a center discharging port 28a. The discharged 2nd formed body 16 is separated to a forming body 20 and returning material 22. The returning material 22 becomes a mixed material 23 by combining together with the intermediate formed body 13 and is bitten again into the feeding port 17 together with the granular raw material 10 and the operation is repeated. The percentage of voids is thus reduced like multistages and the formed body of high density and high strength can be formed.
