Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of the title apparatus wherein no particular registration of a stand with a bed is required in its installation, and a subject will find no difficulty in getting on and down the bed, by providing a stand wherein an x-ray tube and an X-ray detector are arranged in opposition to each other with a radiographing aperture between them, a bed which is supported rotatably through a supporting arm, and an operation mechanism whereby said bed is rotated around the supporting point of the stand. CONSTITUTION:An X-ray tube and an X-ray detector are opposedly arranged so that they may be integrally rotated around the aperture center in an radiographing aperture 11a of a stand 11. A bed 12 is provided on the upper plane thereof with a ceiling board 13 which can be slid longitudinally, and one end of each of supporting arms 14 is fixed to each of the both sides of the bed 12, while the other end thereof is connected rotatably on a supporting shaft 15 fixed on the tilting center line of both side faces of the stand 11. A hydraulic cylinder 16, wherein the side of a cylinder 16a is fixed on the front lower than the radiographing aperture 11a of the stand 11, and the side of a piston 16b is fixed on a longitudinal center line on the rear face of the bed 12, drives the piston 16a in a rectilinear motion to thereby operate rotatably the bed 12 around the supporting shaft 15. Accordingly no registration of the stand and the bed at the time of installation is required, and an X-ray CT apparatus of a simple structure can be provided at a relatively low cost.
