Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 1, air outside the frame body a is sucked in through an air supply path d connecting a filter part b provided in the frame body a and a combustion fan c, and is sent to the burner part e as combustion air. The air supply hole device for a kerosene stove is well known and was described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 1983-46240 before the application of this invention.

By the way, in the conventional air supply hole device described above, combustion air can be supplied even if the recess comes into contact with a relatively hard member, but if it comes into contact with a flexible member such as a curtain or clothing, the air from the recess Curtains and clothing are sucked in by the suction force and the recess is blocked.

Furthermore, even if combustion air can be supplied from the recess, if the filter part b becomes clogged with cotton dust or dirt, the supply of combustion air will be stopped, causing abnormal combustion such as standing flames or misfires. , it still wasn't good enough.

Therefore, in order to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, this invention provides a filter in a through hole drilled in a suitable position in the frame, and communicates the filter portion with a fan casing 7 provided in the frame through a ventilation pipe, thereby discharging combustion air. The combustion device for supplying gas to the burner section is characterized in that the communication pipe is provided with an auxiliary intake section in the middle or at the end thereof, which is shaped like a doughnut and is made of a soft material having a higher air permeability than the filter section. This relates to combustion equipment.

Due to this rotation, the air outside the frame 13 is cleaned of dust and the like by the filter section 11, flows into the ventilation pipe 15 through the intake port 12, and further flows into the fan casing 7 through the ventilation pipe 15. From here, air passage 1

Therefore, most of the combustion air that has flowed into the blower passage 17 is directly supplied into the vaporization chamber 1 and is also supplied to the shunt passage 22.
A part of the combustion air circulating through the branch pipe 23 applies static pressure to the metering oil level gauge 25, and fuel according to this load is jetted out from the fuel injection nozzle 26 to become vaporized gas, which is then supplied first. The combustion air is premixed with the combustion air that is being used, and then supplied to the burner section 2 for combustion.

Next, if the intake port 12 is blocked due to the filter section 11 being clogged with furniture, walls, curtains, clothing, or garbage, there is a donut-shaped part in the middle or end of the ventilation pipe 15 that provides ventilation resistance from the filter section 11. Since the auxiliary intake section 18 made of a soft material with high air permeability is provided, combustion air is sucked through the auxiliary intake section 18, flows into the fan casing 7, and is supplied to the burner section 2. Since it is made of a material, it does not cause abnormal combustion such as standing flames or misfires, and can always maintain good combustion over a long period of time, and the auxiliary intake part 18 is made of a soft material with breathability. Therefore, the inflow of dust, etc. is prevented and only clean combustion air is supplied through the auxiliary intake part 18, and the air passage 1 is
The combustion fan 7 is not blocked and causes abnormal combustion, and a good combustion air is supplied. Moreover, the drive vibration of the combustion fan 6 can be absorbed by the auxiliary intake part 18 made of a soft material. It is also possible to prevent this vibration from being transmitted to the frame 13 via the ventilation pipe 15.

As described above, according to this invention, the filter 11 is provided in the through hole 14 bored at an appropriate position in the frame 13, and the filter portion 11 and the fan casing 7 provided in the frame 13 are communicated with each other through the ventilation pipe 15 for combustion. In the combustion device that supplies air to the burner section 2, an auxiliary intake section 18 is provided in the middle or at the end of the communication pipe 15, which is shaped like a doughnut and is made of a soft material having a higher air permeability than the filter section 11. Therefore, even if the filter section is blocked by hard furniture or walls, flexible curtains, clothing, cotton dust, dirt, etc., the combustion air will not be blocked. Since the filter section is blocked like in the past, combustion air cannot be supplied to the burner section, and there are no problems such as abnormal combustion such as standing flames or misfires, which improves safety. It can be improved.

Moreover, the installation location of the combustion device is not limited to a place where a wide space can be maintained around the combustion device to prevent the filter from clogging, and it can be easily installed and used anywhere, making it extremely convenient to use. .

Furthermore, since the auxiliary intake part is made of a soft material with breathability, it also serves as a second filter when the filter part is blocked, and clean air from which dust has been removed is sent to the burner part as combustion air. It can be supplied without any negative effect on combustion.
Moreover, they usually have various advantages such as absorbing the drive vibration of the combustion fan and reliably preventing it from being transmitted to the frame.
