In conventional hot air heaters of this kind, a partition wall is installed vertically inside the exterior body to prevent the fuel supply parts from being thermally adversely affected by the hot air in the combustion chamber, and this partition wall separates the combustion part from the fuel supply part. A structure in which the structure is partitioned is known from Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 50-20454.
By the way, in this conventional configuration, the partition wall is not used effectively as it merely divides the exterior body into a combustion part and a fuel supply part, and also it is not used effectively as an air supply path for supplying combustion air to the burner. The structure is complicated, and the air supply path requires a large number of parts.

Hereinafter, a petroleum fan heater will be described as an example with reference to the drawings. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes an exterior body installed on a stand 2, which has a warm air outlet 3 on the upper front side and an indoor air intake port 4 equipped with a filter on the lower rear side. 5 is a partition wall installed vertically inside the exterior body 1;
This partition wall 5 allows the inside of the exterior body 1 to have a warm air generating section 6.
and a fuel supply section 7. Reference numeral 8 denotes a horizontal support plate that partitions the hot air generating section 6 into upper and lower parts. A combustion chamber 9 is formed on the support plate 8, with the support plate 8 serving as a bottom wall. A Shirotsuko-shaped air blower is provided below the support plate 8. Fan 10 and motor 1 that drives the fan 10
A ventilation chamber 11 in which 2 is disposed is formed. 13
14 is a fan case that covers the blower fan 10, and its discharge port 15 communicates with the inlet 16 provided in the bottom wall of the combustion chamber 9, that is, the support plate 8. , the accelerated air flow from the blower fan 10 is introduced into the combustion chamber 9 and mixed with combustion gas, and the mixed flow is passed through a hot air path from an outlet 17 provided on the upper wall of the combustion chamber 9 to generate warm air. The hot air is guided to a discharge port 3, and is supplied as warm air indoors from this hot air discharge port 3. A gasification burner 18 is provided facing the side of the combustion chamber 9 on the fuel supply section 7 side, and is equipped with a vaporization heater 18a and a rotary atomizer 18b. Reference numeral 19 denotes a small atomizer-dedicated small motor for rotating the rotary atomizer 18b, which is fixed to the side wall surface of the fuel supply section 7 of the partition wall 5. Reference numeral 20 denotes an air supply box that communicates with the burner 18 and the inside of the combustion chamber 9 and supplies combustion primary air and combustion secondary air to the burner 18. By attaching a bowl-shaped cover 20' that supports the burner 18, the bowl-shaped cover 20' and the partition wall 5 are constructed. 21
is an oil receiving tank installed in the lower part of the fuel supply section 7, and is connected to the atomizer 1 of the burner 18 via the electromagnetic pump 22.
8b is adapted to supply liquid fuel. 2
Reference numeral 3 denotes a cartridge type fuel tank which is removably placed on the oil receiving tank 21 and constantly supplies fuel to the oil receiving tank 21, and can be inserted into and taken out from an insertion port provided on the upper surface of the exterior body 1. Reference numeral 24 denotes a centrifugal air supply fan, which is attached to the rotating shaft of the motor 12, which penetrates the partition wall 5 from the ventilation chamber 11 side and enters the fuel supply section 7, on the fuel supply section 7 side. As shown in FIG.
This cover member is integrally formed by drawing a single thin plate with the air supply cover 26' that overlaps with the air supply cover 26', and the cover member C is attached to the side wall surface of the fuel supply section 7 of the partition wall 5. Thus, the cover member C and the partition wall 5 constitute an air supply fan case 25 and an air supply path 26. Reference numeral 25a indicates an intake port provided approximately at the center of the fan cover 25b, and reference numeral 27 indicates a combustion air flow from the air supply fan 24 provided in the partition wall 5 at the overlapped portion of the air supply path 26 and the air supply housing 20. This is the introduction point for

The structure of the present invention is as described above, and the operation will be explained next. First, when the burner 18 is heated by the vaporization heater 18a to a temperature at which liquid fuel can be vaporized, the rotary atomizer 18b is activated by the small motor 19. At the same time, the blower fan 10 and the air supply fan 24 are also rotated by the motor 12 . and,
Room air is supplied to the suction port 4 by the rotation of the air supply fan 24.
After being introduced into the fuel supply section 7 from the intake port 25
The air flows from the air supply fan case 25 and the air supply path 26 from the inlet port 27 into the air supply case 20 from the air supply case 25 and the air supply case 2
0 is supplied directly into the burner 18 as combustion primary air and directly into the combustion chamber 9 as combustion secondary air.

When the electromagnetic pump 22 is operated in this state, the fuel in the oil tank 21 is supplied to the rotary atomizer 18b, where it is atomized by centrifugal force, gasified in the burner 18 by the vaporization heater 18a, and mixed with the primary combustion air. The mixed gas is ejected from the flame port and ignited and burned. On the other hand, since the blower fan 10 is also rotating, the accelerated airflow flows from the inlet 16 to the combustion chamber 9.
is introduced into the combustion chamber and mixed with the combustion gas of the burner 18,
The mixed flow passes through the outlet 17 and is discharged into the room from the hot air outlet 3, thereby performing hot air heating.
