換弁4の第2ポート4bを配管接続し、また切換
弁4の第1ポート4aに空気源1を配管接続する
とともに第3ポート4cに流量調整弁5を配管接
続し、さらに前記開閉弁3および切換弁4に、開
閉弁3を開放した後に切換弁4を切換えるよう動
作する遅延手段6を接続して構成したことを特徴
