の流入口に空気源１を配管接続し、一方、前記減
圧弁ユニツト２に調圧バルブ室２ａと連通する背
圧ポート２ｂを穿設し、この背圧ポート２ｂに切
換弁４の第２ポート４ｂを配管接続し、また切換
弁４の第１ポート４ａに空気源１を配管接続する
とともに第３ポート４ｃに流量調整弁５を配管接
続し、さらに前記開閉弁３および切換弁４に、開
閉弁３を開放した後に切換弁４を切換えるよう動
作する遅延手段６を接続して構成したことを特徴
