PURPOSE: To facilitate an erection works at site by sending a cantilever beam into a construction site after assembling the cantilever beam constituted of a roof support part, a protruded part, a fixing part to a building, and a connection part in advance and then, fixing the beam to the building structure and further mounting a roof members on the assembly. CONSTITUTION: A roof support part 13, a protruded part 14, a fixing part 15 to a building, and a connection part 16 made of channel members respectively are set up in a factory or like in advance to form a cantilever beam 11. This beam is carried in an erection site. Then, a roof member 12 constituted of sheathing roof boards 20, waterproof sheets 21, and rooftiles 22 is mounted on the upper face of the roof support part 13 and fixed thereto. Thereafter, necessary finishing works are applied.
