３により所定長さづつ巻取つて巻回体Ｒを形成し
、該巻回体Ｒを原紙Ｑが連続したままで巻取位置
Ａから仮受位置Ｂへ移動させ、続いて前記巻取位
置Ａから仮受位置Ｂの間に張設されている原紙Ｑ
を切断装置４によつて切断することにより巻回体
Ｒを原紙Ｑから切り離してロールペーパーを製造
するようにしたロールペーパー製造装置であつて
、前記切断装置４は、前記巻取位置Ａと前記仮受
位置Ｂの間に張設されている原紙Ｑの全幅に亘つ
て水で濡らすための水濡らし装置４１と、水濡ら
し位置Ｃの近傍にあつて前記水濡らし装置４１に
よつて原紙Ｑを濡らした直後に該原紙と交叉する
方向に横断して原紙Ｑに張力を与えることのでき
る原紙引きちぎり装置５１とを備えて構成されて
