Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent noise produced by the impact and at the same time to reduce the power consumption by winding a hot wire round a metallic cover of a crystal vibrator and also filling an area between the vibrator and a metallic cylinder with a heat insulating and elastic substance for generation of the stray capacity. CONSTITUTION:A crystal vibrator 1 is stored in a metallic cylinder 20 in a hollow state and a hot wire 14 is wound round a metallic cover 9. Then an area between the vibrator 1 and the cylinder 20 is filled with a heat insulating and elastic substance 26 made of silicone rubber, etc. Thus the external dissipation of heat is prevented and at the same time a thin metallic wire 25 also functions to reduce the external conduction through a lead wire 6. Then the electric power supplied to the wire 14 is reduced. While the stray capacity is reduced between the vibrator 1 and the cylinder 20 and connected in series to the capacity produced between a crystal piece and the cover 9.
