Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate clouding for a transparent glass or plastics by a temperature or humidity difference without lowering a transparent sensitivity by providing transparent conductive films on both or one surface of a transparent film, and making exothermicity of the film by turning on electricity in transparent conductive films. CONSTITUTION:Transparent conductive films 4A and 4B are provided on at least one side surface of a transparent film 6 having an insulation property, circumferences of films 4A and 4B are connected to a connector 9 by e.g. a conduction part 8 formed with a conductive paste printed, and an electric power is supplied. Clouding by moisture, etc., is eliminated with a uniform exothermicity made on the film 6 surface by a resistance heating. This enables complete cloud-proofing without lowering transparent sensitivity.
