Claims (1)
- ＩＣの足等との電気的接続を行わせるためのホ
ツクと、前記ホツクからの電気信号を受ける内部
回路を備えたヘツドと、該ヘツドとケーブルを介
して接続する補正ボツクスとを備えるプローブに
おいて、前記ホツクは先端面に固定用の粘着材を
設けた筒状のホツク用外皮と、該ホツク用外皮に
貫通固定し先端をホツク用外皮より突出させた電
気的接続用の針と、該針に一体形成した針先端押
圧用のスプリングワイヤ部とを備え、前記ヘツド
部は固定用の吸盤を備えることを特徴とするプロ
ーブ。
