Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A micro computer 27 confirms whether a gas burner 7 is continuously burning by detecting the operation of a solenoid valve actuating circuit 37 and a flame detecting circuit 39 at a certain time after the start switch 24 is turned on, and judges whether the output of a thermistor 15 is higher than a predetermined temperature. If the output of the thermistor 15 is below the predetermined temperature, it is judged that there is an oven malfunction of thermistor, and an alert is given out and the combustion of the gas burner 7 is stopped to prevent an abnormal temperature rise in the cooking chamber 4 due to the oven malfunction of the thermistor 15.
