    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. マイクロストリツプ線路の一端に可変容量ダイ
    オードを接地間に接続し、他端に可変容量ダイオ
    ードと容量を直列に接地間に接続して成るマイク
    ロストリツプ共振器において、高周波用回路基板
    の一表面にマイクロストリツプ線路が、裏面に接
    地電極が形成され、該マイクロストリツプ線路と
    同一表面にコンデンサ電極が設けられ、該接地電
    極間に容量が形成され、該マイクロストリツプ線
    路と該コンデンサ電極に跨がつて可変容量ダイオ
    ードが配置接続されたことを特徴とするマイクロ
    ストリツプ共振器。
