Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数のダムにより酸洗槽を鋼帯の進行方向に分
割するとともに、該ダムの高さを鋼帯の進行方向
に順に高くし、酸液を鋼帯の進行方向とは逆に、
鋼帯の出口側から順次前記各ダムをオーバフロー
させてそれぞれ下段の酸洗槽に供給する鋼帯の酸
洗槽構造において、 前記各酸洗槽内に、前記各ダムに近接して該ダ
ムよりも酸液流の下流側に、該ダムと平行に、そ
れぞれ邪魔壁を設け、該邪魔壁と前記ダムとの間
にそれぞれ熱交換器を配設するとともに、該邪魔
壁は天端を酸液面より高くし、かつ、前記オーバ
フローした酸液の表面流および底流を流通させる
開口部をそれぞれ設けたことを特徴とする鋼帯の
酸洗槽構造。
