【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、農用トラクタ等、各種車輛のブレー
キ給油構造に関し、ブレーキケース内への給油を
良くし、更にはミツシヨンケース自体の強度の増
大を図ることを目的とする。

るように連通孔を形成し、この連通孔を経て両者
ケース間で油が互いに流通するようにしている。
しかし、このような連通構造を採つた場合、車体
が左右方向に傾斜すれば、油が低い方のブレーキ
ケース側に集中し、高い方のブレーキケース内の
油が極端に少なくなり、ブレーキを頻繁に使用す
る作業では、ブレーキに焼付きが発生する欠点が
あつた。

湿式ブレーキを内蔵したブレーキケースを装着し
て成る車輛において、ミツシヨンケースの左右側
壁の上部内側に、デフ装置により掻上げられて左
右に飛散る油を受ける側部樋を設けると共に、油
掻上げ方向正面側で油を受けるべく左右側部樋に
連結された連結樋を設け、該ミツシヨンケースの
各側壁に、側部樋からの油をブレーキケース内に
導く案内路を設けた点にある。

の各側壁8外面に、ブレーキケース11、後車軸
ケース12等が装着され、またそのブレーキケー
ス11には、デフ装置4から軸受ケース9を貫通
して外部に派出した伝動軸13を制動するための
湿式ブレーキ14が内蔵されている。なお伝動軸
13は後車軸ケース12の内端側に内蔵された遊
星減速装置、車軸等を介して後輪に連動連結され
る。湿式ブレーキ14は固定プレート15、ボー
ル16、可動カムブレーキ17、ブレーキデイス
ク18、ステータプレート19等を備えたデイス
ク型に構成されている。ミツシヨンケース2及び
ブレーキケース11の内部には、駆動ピニオン軸
3、伝動軸13のレベルまで油20が貯溜されて
いる。21は作業機昇降用の油圧装置で、ミツシ
ヨンケース2の上部開口を塞ぐように装着された
ハウジング22を備え、該ハウジング22にシリ
ンダ23、ピストンロツド24、油圧アーム2
5、油圧アーム軸26、リフトアーム27等を付
設して成り、そのシリンダ23にはミツシヨンケ
ース2内の油20が制御弁28を介して作動油と
して供給されており、また戻り油は給油管29を
経てピストンロツド24と油圧アーム25との連
結部に向かつて吐出されている。ミツシヨンケー
ス2の上部内側には、デフ装置4で掻上げられた
油及び給油管29から吐出された戻り油を受ける
ように樋30が一体形成されている。つまり、ミ
ツシヨンケース2の左右側壁8の上部内側に、デ
フ装置4により掻上げられて左右に飛散る油を受
ける側部樋31が一体成形されると共に、デフ装
置4による油掻上げ方向と交差して油掻上げ方向
正面側で油を受ける連結樋32が一体成形されて
おり、この連結樋32は左右側部樋31の前端部
と連結されていて、側部樋31へ油を流動可能に
すると共に左右側壁8の補強を兼ねており、また
左右側部樋31の前端部には受けた油を下方に導
く落下孔33が夫々形成されている。一方、各側
壁8にはブレーキケース11内の上部側と連通す
るように給油孔34が形成され、また該給油孔3
4を取囲みかつ落下孔33の下方に位置するよう
に油受部35が側壁8内面に一体に形成されてお
り、給油孔34及び油受部35により案内路が構
成される。ミツシヨンケース2の側壁8には、ブ
レーキケース11内の下部からミツシヨンケース
2内部に連通するように小孔状の連通孔36が形
成されている。37は樋30間に形成された開口
部である。

て矢印cの如くブレーキケース11内に供給され
ることになる。一方、エンジンの運転中は、作業
機の上昇時以外、常に制御弁28からの戻り油が
給油管29を経てピストンロツド24と油圧アー
ム25との連結部に向かつて吐出されており、そ
の一部が樋、特にその連結樋32により受けられ
るので、その油も落下孔33、油受部35及び給
油孔34を経てブレーキケース11内に供給され
ている。つまり、運転中は、油が樋30から給油
孔34を経てブレーキケース11内へと常時給油
