Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 中空成型品の互いに隣合う両シール面に夫
    々ゴム弾性体で成るシール板を圧し当てて当該中
    空成型品の空洞をマスキングするリークテスト用
    シール装置において、前記各シール板が夫々硬質
    ゴムで成形されて、一方のシール板が他方のシー
    ル板の端面に突き合わせた状態でシール面に圧し
    当てられると共に、当該一方のシール板には前記
    両シール面の角部に圧接される軟質ゴムを嵌脱自
    在に埋設する凹部が形成され、当該凹部内に埋設
    された前記軟質ゴムの表面が前記一方のシール板
    の表面から突出せられていることを特徴とするリ
    ークテスト用シール装置。 (2) 前記凹部の深さが８mmに選定され、前記軟
    質ゴムの厚さが１０mm〜１１mmに選定されて、当
    該軟質ゴムの表面が前記一方のシール板の表面か
    ら２mm〜３mm突出せられている前記実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載のリークテスト用シール装
    置。 (3) 前記硬質ゴムがシヨア硬度：６５゜〜７５
    ゜に選定され、前記軟質ゴムがシヨア硬度：４０
    ゜〜５０゜に選定されている前記実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項及び第２項記載のリークテスト用
    シール装置。
