Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the abrasion resistance by applying the nitrification treatment onto the iron group sintered material of a vane whose one edge is incorporated into a part of a cylinder so as to be press-attached onto a roller. CONSTITUTION:A vane 18 performs the reciprocating sliding movement accompa nied with the eccentric movement of a roller 7 in the vane groove 21 of a cylinder 13. The vane 18 is made of the iron group sintered material 22, and nitrification-treated, and a nitrified layer 24 is formed to the inside of the vacant hole 23 of the vane 18. Therefore, the vane 18 moves in sliding with the vane groove 21 and the outer peripheral surface of the roller 17, and the abrasion can be reduced in comparison with the convention.
