して設けられている直進ビームマイクロ波管用電
子銃において、 互いに対向する上記アノードの電子ビーム通過
孔内周と上記カソード面外周とが成す立体対頂角
を頂角とし、上記高周波回路部を底辺とする仮想
円錐体の底面となる上記高周波回路部の電子ビー
ム入口部を含む部分の全体もしくはその少なくと
も一部の面に誘電体層を設けたことを特徴とする
