Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve responsiveness of brake control by connecting a brake disk via a torque transmission means with a wheel, driving an oil pressure generating pump by the rotation of the wheel, and exerting the oil pressure to the torque transmission means by controlling an unloader valve. CONSTITUTION:A brake disk 2A on one side as a braked member supported via bearings 4, 6 with both a wheel shaft 5 and wheel 1 is connected via a clutch 7 as a torque transmission means to the wheel 1. The other brake disk 2B is fixed directly to the wheel 1. Brake calipers 3A, 3B as brake members are respectively fixed to front forks 8. Output signals of a rotation sensor for detecting the rotation of the wheel 1 and a vehicle speed sensor are inputted to a control device to detect the occurrence of slip.
