Abstract

PURPOSE: To comparatively easily strip a partial temporary adhesive material by forming an adhesion inhibiting layer onto a part of a main face of a base material, so that a thermal adhesive resin layer can be adhered to a mount of a postal card under a condition that the adhesive strength of the thermal adhesive layer is partially impaired and lowered. CONSTITUTION: A partial temporary adhesive material 12 adhered to a part of a postal card mount 10, includes a base material 14, the base material 14 is formed by a comparatively soft material which can be cut by scissors or the like, such as the paper, a synthetic resin film or the like, and a concealment layer 16 is formed on one main face of the base material 14. A thermal adhesive resin layer 18, for example, is formed on a surface of the concealment layer 16, and an adhesion inhibiting layer 20 for imparing the adhesive strength of the thermal adhesive resin layer is partially formed on the main face of the thermal adhesive resin layer 18, so that it is weakly adhered to the postal card mount 10. Accordingly the partial temporary adhesive material 12 can be comparatively easily stripped from the postal card mount 10 on the area having the adhesion inhibiting layer 20, and various kinds of information on the main face of the postal card mount 10 appears.
