Abstract
PURPOSE:To correctly warn the life time by setting multiple detection levels for two or more change quantities related to the battery characteristic and outputting different signals whenever the detection levels are changed. CONSTITUTION:Two or more change values related to the battery characteristic are selected to warn the life of a sealed battery, several detection levels are set for these change quantities, and different signals are outputted whenever the detection levels are attained. The float or trickle charging current value and battery temperature are used as the change values, and signals are outputted at two detection levels of the battery temperature rise from the normal temperature by 10 deg.C and 20 deg.C and the trickle charging current value of 0.01C amp and 0.05C amp.
