- ガラス管と、このガラス管内に配置されたヒー
タ線と、前記ガラス管の両端部に装着された絶縁
材製のキヤツプと、このキヤツプ内に導線部分が
挿入されて前記ヒータ線の端部に接続されたリー
ド線と、前記キヤツプに突設され前記リード線の
前記キヤツプからの導出部分を覆う突出部とを具
備してなるガラス管ヒータ装置。
