- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 透光性物質から成る基板と、 前記基板の一面に設けられ、磁気光学効果を有
する物質から構成されることにより、光の集光に
よる局部加熱に基づいて局部磁化され且つ該局部
磁化に対応する記録情報が光学的に読み出される
光磁気記録層と、 該光磁気記録層上、または該光磁気記録層と同
一平面内で前記基板の一面に設けられ、磁性物質
から構成されることにより、磁気ヘツドによつて
局部磁化され且つ該局部磁化に対応する記録情報
が該磁気ヘツドにより磁気的に読み出される磁性
記録層と、 を含むことを特徴とする複合型光デイスク。 (2) 前記磁性記録層は、前記光磁気記録層の上
にバツフア層を介して積層されているものである
